David brings more than two decades of experience leading financial operations for mission-driven institutions across healthcare, higher education, and public health. His career has centered around fiscal discipline, budget alignment, and operational excellence—making him a natural fit to help guide the financial governance of a fund built for long-term access and trust.
A Career of Financial Leadership Across Systems
David has served in senior financial roles for organizations where alignment, stewardship, and scale were mission-critical.
He served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Cleveland University–Kansas City, overseeing financial operations at one of the nation's oldest chiropractic and health sciences institutions. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade as Director of Finance and Administration for the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, one of the country’s leading academic medical centers.
